General Refund Policy

We strive to provide the best possible learning experience for our students. However, we recognize that life circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel or modify your participation in a training program. This policy explains how we handle such requests to ensure fairness and clarity.

Course Enrolment and Cancellation

Upon enrolment in one of our training programs, you gain access to the course materials and resources, which requires an upfront payment. However, we understand that unexpected situations may arise, and you might need to cancel your enrolment. To ensure that we can manage resources effectively, we ask that you review our cancellation and refund guidelines carefully.
Full Refund: If you cancel your enrollment within 14 calendar days from the course start date, you will receive a full refund of the course fees. This grace period ensures you have ample time to evaluate the course and its suitability for your needs.                    Partial Refund: After one month from the course start date, you will be eligible for a partial refund. This partial refund reflects the administrative costs and resources invested in your enrollment.
No Refund After Course Start Date: After one month we are unable to issue a refund. This includes cases where you start the course but are unable to continue due to personal reasons. However, we may offer you the option to defer your enrolment to a future session (see section below for deferral details).

Course Materials and Access

When you enrol in any of our training programs, you are granted access to various course materials, such as videos, readings, and downloadable content. As soon as you access these materials, it may impact your eligibility for a refund.

  1. Access to Materials: If you have accessed the training course materials or attended any live sessions, you may not be eligible for a full refund. This is because we consider that the value of the materials has already been provided to you. In cases where a partial refund is granted, this will be based on the time elapsed and access to resources.                                                                                                                                
  2. Technical Issues: If you encounter technical issues that prevent you from accessing the course materials, please contact our support team immediately. We will make every effort to resolve the issue, and if the problem persists, we may offer an extension to your enrolment or another suitable solution.

Course Deferral Policy

We understand that personal or professional circumstances may prevent you from attending a training program. If you need to defer your participation, we are happy to accommodate your request under the following conditions:

  • Deferral Request: Deferral requests must be submitted at least 7 days before start date. You may defer your enrolment to a future session of the same course, subject to availability.                                       
  • Non-Refundable Fees: If you choose to defer, the original course fee will be applied to your future enrolment. There is no additional cost for deferral, but the course fee is non-refundable after the deferral has been processed.                                                                                                                              
  • Timeframe for Deferral: If a deferral is requested after the course has begun, we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis. In most cases, the deferral can only be granted for courses in progress for a period of up to six months. After six months, if no action is taken, the deferral will expire, and no refund will be available.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow the steps outlined below:

  • Refund Request: You must submit your refund request in writing, either by email or by contacting our support team. The request must include your full name, course name, and reason for cancellation or deferral.                           
  • Processing Time: Once we receive your refund request, we will process it within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take up to 10-14 business days for the refund to appear in your account.                  
  • Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases, we may consider a refund or deferral outside the standard refund policy due to exceptional circumstances, such as medical emergencies or other personal matters. We encourage you to contact us as soon as possible if you face such circumstances, and we will assess each case individually.                            

We are committed to providing flexibility and support to our students, and we will do our best to accommodate situations where possible.
